Recycle, Reuse & Repurpose

Salvage yards provide a treasure trove for the clever designer to achieve the 'Industrial Chic' look. A recycled beam becomes a fabulous console table a film canister a clever occasional table and a rusty hay bailer fork is transformed into a unique piece of interest. Interesting lamps are costly but can be created out of just about anything including rusty waxed fencing. One of my favorite showrooms is 'Coup D' Tat' in San Francisco. It is the front runner of the 'Industrial Chic' look.
